Identify the work and the content you are reporting
Use 'Copyright report' for the email subject and identify each item by its exact DarLink address. You can begin with an inquiry to support. For a formal DMCA notice, include the work, content locations, contact details, declarations and signature listed below. Before sending a formal notice, ask support to confirm the correct recipient.
- Provide your name, address, telephone number and email so the copyright owner or authorized representative can be contacted.
- Describe the protected work you own or represent and supply a reference where possible.
- Give the content addresses and explain the alleged infringement.
- Include a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
- State your good-faith belief that the reported use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- State that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Reviewing a notice or a mistaken restriction
We may ask for additional information while reviewing a notice. You must have authorization to upload or distribute copyrighted material. Infringement can lead to access restrictions or account termination.
Leave unrelated private messages, payment details and passwords out of the correspondence. If you believe your own upload was restricted by mistake, contact support with its address and explain the ownership or permission that supports your use.
